Notice of Complete Application

The Town of Oakville has received a complete application by Timsin Holding Corp. for a proposed zoning by-law amendment and proposed plan of subdivision.

A Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision application has been submitted to facilitate the development of approximately 6.2 hectares of land, located on the west side of Sixth Line, on and north of North Park Boulevard.  The development proposes to create 57 residential units (22 detached dwellings, 14 semi-detached dwellings and 21 townhouses) and two natural heritage system blocks associated with a woodlot.

The applicant proposes to rezone the site from Existing Development (ED) to several site specific zones related to the Neighbourhood Centre (NC), General Urban (GU), Sub-urban (S) and Natural Heritage System (NHS) zones.

Access to the site would be from future development lands to the north once developed, North Park Boulevard and Thistlewood Gate.

The subject lands are located on the west side of Sixth Line at and north of North Park Boulevard.

At this time there are no other applications, under the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended, pertaining to the subject lands.

If a person or public body would otherwise have an ability to appeal the decision of the Town of Oakville to the Ontario Land Tribunal but the person or public body does not make oral submissions at a public meeting or make written submissions to Council c/o the Town Clerk at the Town of Oakville, Clerk’s department, 1225 Trafalgar Road, Oakville, ON L6H 0H3 (Dropbox is located in front of Town Hall) or at TownClerk@oakville.ca before the by-law is passed or before the approval authority gives or refuses to give approval to the draft plan of subdivision, the person or public body is not entitled to appeal the decision.
