The applicant proposes to rezone the site from Existing Development (ED) to several site specific zones related to the Neighbourhood Centre (NC); General Urban (GU); Natural Heritage System (NHS); and Storm Water Management Facility (SMF) zones.

Access to the site would be from Sixth Line, Burnhamthorpe Road West and future Preserve Drive.
