Scheduled maintenance will affect some online applications on November 25 and 26 2023

November 25

We will be performing scheduled maintenance to apply enhancements to our online systems from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, November 25.

During this time some online applications will be unavailable, including:

• Online building permits and inspection requests
• Zoning occupancy certificates
• Marriage licenses
• Online tax certificates
• Survey requests
• Business licensing

November 26

We will be performing scheduled maintenance to apply enhancements to our online systems from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Sunday, November 26.

During this time some online applications will be unavailable, including:

• Online by-law search
• Online parking portal (Users will not be able to search/buy parking permits and/or parking tickets)
• Online building permits and inspection requests
• Zoning occupancy certificates
• Marriage licenses
• Online tax certificates
• Survey requests
• Business licensing
