The Town of Oakville is heading into the next phase of public engagement on the Bronte Waterfront Strategy to help guide the future development of the area. Following Phases 1 and 2 that took place in 2025, Phase 3 invites the community to provide comments on the emerging preferred plan developed with the feedback gathered in Phase 2. The community can share their input on the concepts for new public gathering spaces, programming and potential future uses.
Join us for one of two in-person workshops on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at Walton United Church from 4 to 5 p.m. or 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Both sessions will present the same information, including a presentation of the emerging preferred plan followed by an opportunity to ask questions and share comments on the ideas presented.
The feedback received during Phase 3 will be used to develop the final Bronte Waterfront Strategy that will be presented to Town Council in a staff report in the coming months.
