Online survey open until March 23

Oakville Transit is creating its 2027 Annual Service Plan and is seeking input from the public to help inform key initiatives to enhance service delivery next year.

The Annual Service Plan guides how Oakville Transit delivers safe, reliable and accessible transit services across the community. Public input plays an important role in ensuring transit services continue to meet the evolving needs of residents, businesses and visitors.

Members of the public are encouraged to provide input on a range of service elements, including, transit service levels and frequency, routes and schedules, reliability and overall customer experience. 

Community feedback will help inform service planning and decision-making for the year ahead, balancing customer needs, operational considerations and available resources.
