Residents invited to share feedback online or via phone starting February 2
The Town of Oakville is excited to launch the 2026 Community Satisfaction Survey. The Town has partnered with Forum Research Inc. to conduct both online and telephone surveys to gather community feedback about Town programs and services.
The online survey is available now until February 24, 2026, and provides residents with the opportunity to share candid feedback about Town services and whether they are meeting community expectations.
Starting today and over the coming weeks, residents aged 18 years or older may also receive a phone call from a Forum Research interviewer on behalf of the Town. The telephone survey will take about 15 minutes to complete and will be strictly confidential, anonymous, and voluntary.
Participants will be asked to share their opinions on a range of topics, including overall livability, effectiveness of the Town’s communications, service usage and priority areas where the Town can strengthen programs and services.
Survey results will be shared on oakville.ca in the spring.
