2024 Community Satisfaction Survey

We want to hear from you Oakville!

Share your opinions on whether the town is meeting your expectations when it comes to programs and services and help identify and prioritize areas to strengthen town programs and services.

Complete the Community Satisfaction Survey, formerly known as the Citizen Survey — now until March 8, 2024. This online survey is open to the whole community.

Starting Friday, February 16, 2024, residents who are 18 years or older may be contacted by a Forum Research telephone interviewer at random on behalf of the town over the next few weeks in February and early March. The telephone survey will take about 15 minutes to complete and will be strictly confidential, anonymous, and voluntary.

Results of the 2024 Community Satisfaction Survey and a Report Card will be shared with Council in spring 2024 and available on the town’s website.
