Compliance Requests

How to request engineering or financial compliance information.

The Town of Oakville offers engineering or financial compliance information at a cost of $215 each. This fee covers up to three agreements. If you have more than three agreements, a new request will need to be submitted. This fee is non-refundable and payable by credit card only. 

The town requires 30 days to provide a response and all responses will be provided via email.

You must have a ServiceOakville online account in order to submit a request. To sign up for an account, log into an existing account or submit a request, please visit the Online Services page.

Copies of any referenced agreements or easements must be submitted electronically with your request. If engineering compliance is being requested, an up-to-date property abstract (PIN) must be included.
