The town periodically proposes housekeeping by-laws for the purpose of making clerical, technical or other changes to assist in the interpretation of a zoning by-law.
Description
Town-initiated amendments to Zoning By-law 2009-189, as amended, are part of an ongoing initiative to make technical and administrative improvements to the document. The proposed amendments are intended to improve interpretation and implementation of Zoning By-law 2009-189, as amended.
The matters being addressed include correcting and clarifying existing wording and the deletion of an unnecessary provision. Not all zones will be impacted by the proposed amendment.
