Zoning By-law 2014-014 (pdf) is the comprehensive zoning by-law applying to all properties in Oakville south of Dundas Street and north of Highway 407. 

It is the rule book controlling how land and buildings are used, the location of buildings on a lot, building heights, and other provisions necessary to ensure proper development.

Zoning By-law 2014-014 is updated on a regular basis; however, it may not reflect all amendments that have been passed by Council or approved at the Ontario Land Tribunal (OLT).  Please refer to the list of amending by-laws that have not yet been consolidated by using our By-law Search tool.
