Winter weather service disruptions - January 15, 2026

Heavy snowfall is underway in Oakville. Crews are busy out plowing and salting the roads. Most Town facilities, programs and services are open and running. See below for Town facilities and services affected by the winter weather conditions on January 15, 2026.

• The Oakville Museum will remain closed today as residential streets (including Navy Street) will not be cleared until after the snow has stopped.
• Oakville Transit is running but may experience delays. Please allow extra travel time.
• The public meeting for Towne Square Revitalization is cancelled due to the weather conditions and will be rescheduled at a later date.
