Winter weather service disruptions - January 26, 2026

The Town saw over 40 centimetres of snowfall on Sunday, January 25, 2026. As a result, many Town facilities and services continue to be impacted by the winter weather conditions on Monday, January 26.

• All Recreation and Culture rentals, drop-in and registered programs up until noon today are cancelled.
• PA Day camps will be cancelled for the full day today.
• Recreation and Culture facilities will be closed for the morning and will re-open at noon. 
• All Oakville Public Library branches will be closed for the morning and will re-open at noon.
• Oakville Transit will be running but may experience delays. Please allow extra travel time.
