The exhibit draws on materials from Canada’s LGBTQ2+ Archive, exploring overlooked histories of struggle and resilience within Canada’s diverse queer and trans communities.
Free drop-in programs May 1 to 7
In addition to these special events, all drop-in programs from May 1 to 7 are free for youth ages 13 to 17.
Youth ages 14 to 17 can also access fitness centre drop-ins at no cost.
As space is limited for some activities, participants are encouraged to reserve their spot in advance through their Recreation and Culture account.
Thank you
The Town thanks the Oakville Fire Department, Halton Regional Police Service, Oakville Public Library and the Canadian Caribbean Association of Halton for their support in delivering Youth Week programming.
