More than 85 per cent of residents feel that town staff are respectful, knowledgeable, and the information they need is easy to find.

Of those who have used the town website, 89 per cent were satisfied with it.

To help the town in planning for the future, residents outlined the following top priority areas of focus:

8 in 10 residents (78 per cent) expressed satisfaction in how the town adapted its services in response to the public health emergency.
