Help shape the future of Municipal Enforcement Services

The Town of Oakville is working on the Municipal Enforcement Services (MES) Five-Year Plan to ensure these services meet the needs of the community and is seeking residents’ input. In partnership with Forum Research Inc. the town is carrying out both an online and telephone questionnaire to gather resident feedback about their use of and satisfaction with the services.

The online questionnaire is now open until July 26 and can be found on here, on oakville.ca. 

Telephone questionnaire begins July 3

Residents aged 18 years or older may be contacted by a Forum Research telephone interviewer on behalf of the town starting July 3 through July 26. The telephone questionnaire will take about five minutes to complete and will be confidential, anonymous, and voluntary.
