Notice of Intention to amend Procedure By-law 2020-011

A by-law to establish rules governing the order and proceedings of Council and Committees

An amendment to By-law 2020-011, as amended, the Procedure By-law will be considered at the Council meeting on Monday, March 25, 2024, at Oakville Town Hall, 1225 Trafalgar Road, Oakville. The amending by-law will allow for a Workshop meeting as a Committee of the Whole meeting, separate from a meeting of Council, for the purpose of educating or training Members of Council. 

A copy of the amendment and staff report providing information about the proposed by-law will be made available on the town’s webpage where agendas and minutes are published.
