Staff propose modifications to all existing patio-related regulations in Zoning By-law 2014-014 (south of Dundas Street) and Zoning by-law 2009-189 (north of Dundas Street) to add greater clarity, to differentiate between permanent and seasonal patios, and to establish town wide consistency in the definitions and regulations.
