Notice of Public Information Centre on June 23, 2026 for Lakeshore Road East Cycling Facility Feasibility Assessment

The Town of Oakville is planning active transportation improvements along Lakeshore Road East from Allan Street to Winston Churchill Boulevard to enhance transportation options within the community and support healthy, active lifestyles for residents and visitors.

A feasibility assessment has been completed to evaluate and identify appropriate cycling facilities for this portion of the road. 

Your input is important to us! Join us on June 23 

You are invited to attend a Public Information Centre (PIC) to learn more about the recommended active transportation enhancements for Lakeshore Road East and provide your feedback. This will be a drop-in event to review the proposed design and the study findings. Members of the project team will be available to answer questions and discuss the recommendations.

Time: 6 to 8 p.m. 
Location: Oakville Town Hall – South Atrium (1225 Trafalgar Road, Oakville)
