The town periodically proposes housekeeping by-laws for the purpose of making clerical, technical or other changes to assist in the interpretation of a zoning by-law.

Description
Town-initiated amendments to Zoning By-law 2009-189, as amended are part of an ongoing initiative to make technical and administrative improve the documents. The proposed amendments were prepared to improve the Zoning By-law mapping and address mapping issues identified by staff through the ongoing use of the zoning by-law, to improve interpretation and implementation and bring about conformity with the Official Plan.
The matters being addressed are mapping related ranging from correcting zone boundaries and removing the zones from public streets, revising the map grid and providing additional features within the maps to improve the usability.
