Scheduled maintenance will affect some online applications on October 26, 2025

We will be performing scheduled maintenance to apply enhancements to our online systems from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday, October 26, 2025.

During this time some online applications will be unavailable, including:

• Online maps
• Development engineering permits
• Planning applications
• Property survey requests

From 7 to 8 p.m. the following applications will be unavailable:

• Parking permit applications, parking ticket payments and disputes

The following services will remain available during scheduled maintenance:

• Recreation and Culture registration
• Report a problem (please note we ask that you submit location in the description of their request during the maintenance window)
• Building permits, inspections and zoning occupancy certificates
• Business and Marriage licence
• Tax certificates application
• Routine disclosure application
• Job opportunities applications
• Noise exemption and sign permits
• Bids and tenders
• Private tree removal application
• Driveway snow windrow clearing application
• Patio permits
