ASE System Certificates of Accuracy

Current and historical certificates of accuracy for Automated Speed Enforcement Systems in Oakville.

Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE) Program Ending on November 14, 2025

Starting November 14, 2025, the Town of Oakville will stop using ASE cameras. This change is due to a new Provincial law called Bill 56, Building a More Competitive Economy Act, 2025.

All ASE cameras will be turned off on that date. Until then, Town’s ASE program remains in place.

If you receive a ticket before November 14, 2025, it is still valid and must be paid. To avoid extra fees, please pay your ticket within 30 days. For payment instructions, visit the ASE Tickets page.

As always, drivers should follow posted speed limits at all times.
