Description
The proposed Official Plan Amendment is to permit the development of private roads within the Low Density Residential designation and to reduce the minimum transit supportive density within 400 metres of Bronte Road from 37 units per hectare to 30 units per hectare to reflect the change to a fully condominium tenure.
