Description
Proposal for 11 new buildings ranging in height from eight storeys to a maximum of 28 storeys, with a total of approximately 1,847 residential units, together with 7,900 metres squared (85,000 feet squared) of retail GFA, inclusive of a grocery store. A new 0.4 hectares (one acre) public park is also proposed together with a new urban square at the corner of Kerr Street and Speers Road. The proposed extension of the public road network is comprised of a westerly extension of Shepherd Road and a northerly extension of St. Augustine Drive In addition, one new mid-block private road is proposed.
