The purpose of the OPA is to re-designate the lands from Low Density Residential to High Density Residential to permit the development of one six-storey residential building having 70 units (one, two and three-bedroom units) and 80 parking spaces.  A future Zoning By-law Amendment application will be required to implement the proposed development.
