Description

The proposed development is comprised of two phases. The first phase consists of two residential towers (27 & 33 storeys) connected by a six-storey podium (Block 1) and two separate blocks of three-storey townhouses (Block 2), all of which are to be accessed via the proposed extension of William Colston Avenue. 

The second phase consists of a reconstructed Provincially Significant Wetland with associated woodland buffers (Block 4), as well as two 14-storey residential buildings on the eastern portion of the site (Block 5) having access via a future local road through the adjacent lands to the north (3301 Trafalgar Road).
