Description

The proposed development consists of two mixed-use blocks (Block A and Block B). Block A contains two high-rise towers that are 32 and 35 storeys in height, on a shared 6-storey podium with 981 underground parking spaces. Block B contains two high-rise towers that are 28 and 25 storeys in height, also on a shared 6-storey podium with 817 underground parking spaces. The proposal contains a total of 1,616 residential units, 2,346.70 square metres of retail/commercial space, a 1,014.80 square metre daycare space, and conveyance of land for two public road right-of-way widths.
