The project limits will undergo stormwater management improvements to address drainage concerns. 

As the Coronation Park Drainage Improvements Class Environmental Assessment recommended, the town has initiated the design of a storm sewer. The project limits will undergo stormwater management improvements to address drainage concerns and road resurfacing. 

Project limits

We're improving drainage along the following streets as shown in the map below:

• Woodhaven Park Drive from Hixon Street to Lakeshore Road;
• Hixon Street from Willowdown Road to the End of Hixon Street;
• Willowdown Road from 260m West of Hixon Street to Hixon Street, and;
• Coronation Park from Woodhaven along Lakeshore Road to the Coronation Park Shoreline

Project status

Detailed design work is currently underway.

• Detailed design completion - Spring 2025
