Our phone lines are open 24/7 to ensure your urgent concerns such as traffic signals not working or debris on the road are promptly addressed.

The Town has streamlined the Town Hall experience to have one ServiceOakville counter to help customers. To meet with departments and avoid long wait times, you can setup an appointment to meet in person or by video. Contact us to find out which option works best for you.

Our accessible service counter is located inside the main entrance at Oakville Town Hall, located at 1225 Trafalgar Road.

Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (excluding holidays).
