Description
Provides for the dedication of planned public streets, new village square and an elementary school block; establishes the stormwater management facility block and other servicing blocks; and ensures the continued conservation of the natural heritage features to the south. A total of 505 new residential dwelling units are proposed: 84 single-detached lots, 42 on-street townhouse units, 33 townhouses with double frontage along Neyagawa and a new internal street, 50 back-to-back townhouses and 293 apartment units.
