Parking Tickets

If you have been issued a penalty notice, you have the option to pay or dispute the ticket.

In Oakville, we use an Administrative Penalty System (APS) for enforcing by-law violations and allowing you to pay and dispute tickets.

Penalty notices (tickets) are issued for parking and by-law violations. If you receive a parking or by-law ticket you have two options:

Pay a ticket

Tickets should be paid within 15 days to avoid additional administrative fees.

Parking and by-law tickets may be disputed through the town's screening process.
