Personal training sessions start as low as $45.03 plus tax per visit. Speak to our customer service staff and they would be happy to connect you with a trainer. Once you are ready to book your training, purchase your membership online or with our customer service staff.

Our trainers are certified professionals dedicated to helping you improve your fitness, health and quality of life. They'll teach you training techniques, increase strength, enhance aerobic and sport-specific performance, and provide nutrition and lifestyle advice.

You will be asked to complete the Get Active Questionnaire (GAQ) for review by one of our fitness specialists before getting started.

Only personal trainers employed by the Town of Oakville are allowed to train clients in our facilities. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Arrive on time

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session, as we cannot guarantee time can be made up after the session. If a client is more than 15 minutes late to a session without prior notice, the session will be considered a "no show" session and the client will be charged in full.

Cancelling a session

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled sessions. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

For Semi-Private lessons, if one person cancels, the lesson will be considered cancelled. If the other semi-private participant want a lesson/training, a private lesson can be purchased.
