Compliance Requests – Financial Obligations

The current fee for compliance letters with the Town of Oakville is $88 per property. Please make cheques payable to The Town of Oakville. In addition to the request letter, please provide copies of the agreements for which compliance is being requested. Should you have questions please contact 905-338-4196.

  • In accordance with conditions of certain subdivision agreements the town will provide a release from title in the case of a residential lot within a plan of subdivision upon payment of all amounts charged against the lot by this agreement. Should a subsequent release of the same residential lot be requested, the prevailing compliance letter fees shall apply to the request.
