The town is committed to playing its part in meeting the need for housing and addressing the demands of Ontario’s growing population. We are also committed to ensuring the way in which we grow is contextually appropriate and financially sustainable. 

We recognize the need for housing includes a broad range of market-based, rental, attainable, affordable, social and assisted housing, which are among the many types of housing required by the public across the housing continuum.
